- A 12 month term, paid monthly. One month is free, so you pay for 11 months and we cover 12.
- Month to month
- Same service for 15% more. No contract, leave any time.
- A second location
- Adds a second office base. Nothing hidden.
- Adding people
- New computers join your plan at your current rate, and the rate drops as you grow.
- Hardware
- Every rate covers support only, never the equipment. All hardware is purchased separately: desktops, laptops, servers, shop floor PCs, firewalls, Wi-Fi and network gear, printers, phones and tablets. We can quote any of it for you.
- Your accounts
- Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks licenses stay in your name, on one clean invoice.

- Why no tiers like Basic, Pro and Premium?
- Because every computer should be protected the same way. You get everything on every device, and only the Security & Compliance package is optional.
- Is the calculator price the real price?
- Yes. After a free assessment we confirm your device count, and that number is what you pay.
- What counts as a computer versus a shop floor PC?
- A computer is someone's desktop or laptop. A shop floor or kiosk PC is a shared or single purpose machine, like a time clock, a floor terminal or a front counter kiosk.
- Does the price include any hardware?
- No. Every rate is for managing and supporting equipment you own, and that goes for all of it: desktops, laptops, servers, shop floor PCs, firewalls, Wi-Fi and network gear, printers, phones and tablets. The hardware itself is purchased separately. If you need something new, we can help you choose it and quote it.
- What happens if we add or remove people?
- Your bill follows your device count. Tell us and the next invoice reflects it.
